Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with me. I strive to create beautiful, high-quality ceramics & aromatics and ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review my returns and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Shipping Provider

All shipments will be made using Royal Mail, 1st class post.

Local Collection

Items can be collected from my studio in Henley On Thames.  

UK Returns

I accept returns for orders shipped within the United Kingdom. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

 

• Return Period: You must notify me within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return an item.

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. I cannot accept returns for items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact me at info@bambamrocks.com with your order number and reason for return. I will provide you with further instructions.  Items must be received within 14 days after the return process is accepted.

• Return Shipping & Packaging: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and ensuring that the item is carefully and securely packaged. If the item is damaged during return transit due to inadequate packaging, I reserve the right to refuse the refund. I strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as I am not responsible for items lost in transit.

• Refunds: Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after I have received the returned item in perfect condition.

International Returns

I do not accept returns for orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, except under specific conditions related to damage during shipping.

 

• Damaged on Delivery: If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos showing the damage and packaging. I will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.

• Return Exclusions: Returns for international orders will only be accepted in cases of items damaged during shipping. Other return requests for international orders will not be accepted.

 

Commissions & Bespoke Orders

All commissions and bespoke items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These items are handmade and personalised to your specifications, making them unique. Please review all commission details carefully before confirming your order, as I am unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items.

Additional Information

 Faulty Items: If you believe an item is faulty, please contact me with details and photos within 14 days of receipt. I will work with you to resolve the issue.
