We handmake all of our luxury aromatics, in small batches in Henley-on-Thames, England, so if a large order is placed and sufficent stock is not showing, these can take up to 5 days to be poured and cure sufficiently before shipment (please add 2 days for concrete votives to be handcrafted). If you need something sooner, please do email us and we can tell you what's possible, we'll always do our best to help. A lot of love and care goes into the creation of your BamBam Rocks items so we hope that anticipation is fully rewarded on delivery and that you enjoy having them as much as we enjoy making them. RETURNS & REFUNDS
RETURNS POLICY
We work very hard to ensure that you will be very happy with your BamBam Rocks purchase, but if you are unhappy with it, please get in touch with us and we will do our very best to help. If you wish to return your item, you can do so within 14-28 days of purchase, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. We’ll be happy to exchange the item for a replacement, or to make a refund via your original method of payment based on certain criteria below.
We are unable to accept returns on items which have been personalised unless the product is faulty. We’re not able to refund any postage charges.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE
RETURNS BY POST - Please return the item to us in its original packaging and note that you are responsible for paying for the delivery charge. Please also note that we recommend using the 'signed for' service to guarantee proof of delivery back to us, unfortunately we cannot refund any items that have been lost in the post or not delivered to us. Be sure to include your name, order number and contact details and ensure you let us know if you're returning it for a refund or replacement. Please make sure that your items are securely wrapped and in the original packaging as it is your responsibility to ensure that returned items are not damaged in transit.

RETURNS IN PERSON - You may also return items purchased online to our address. To do so, you must bring along either the dispatch note from your parcel, or the dispatch email you received when it was delivered. The address is the same as above. Once we have received your return, providing it meets the returns conditions above, we will notify you of your refund within a reasonable period. Most returns will be processed within 14 days, although, on occasion, some returns may take up to 28 days. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within approximately two days of being processed. Our delivery charges are non-refundable and BamBam Rocks is not responsible for delivery fees or lost returns.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we understand that you may prefer not to ask the purchaser for the receipt. We would therefore be able to offer you a gift credit for the value of your return, subject to the same return conditions as above.
FAULTY ITEMS
On the very rare occasion that customers receive an item that isn’t to our high standards, faulty items will be refunded in full, including delivery charges for sending them to you and the cost incurred by you in returning them to us. Please contact info@bambamrocks.com and include your order number and the nature of the fault.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are eligible for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We aim to process all returns and refunds as soon as possible.
EXCHANGES
BamBam Rocks will only replace items if the wrong item has been shipped to you or if the item is not as described. If you require an exchange, please email us at info@bambamrocks.com and send your item to: 46 Cromwell Road, Henley on Thames, Oxfordshire, RG9 1JH. Please note that you will be responsible for the payment of your own shipping costs for all returned items. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are a small, family run business based in Henley-on-Thames, England. Our passion for beautiful and distinctive home fragrance began when we started making luxury candles as a thank you gift to guests who stayed in both our beach and mountain retreats; a gift designed to heighten their experience and capture the scent that would evoke the memories of their stay, regardless of where in the world they were. BamBam Rocks is about experience, inspired by the stunning natural landscapes of our locations, we design our scents to take you on a journey… and so, if just for a moment while our scent envelopes you, we can bring you back to the now while you jump on that journey with us, well, then we are complete!

SUSTAINABILITY & ENVIRONMENT
All of our luxury aromatics are inspired by the earth and in consideration of it; we strive to be an eco conscious and sustainable business to protect our planet for our children and future generations, working with, not against nature. Our candles and diffusers are carefully infused using different blends of the highest quality essential and aromatic oils and are responsibly sourced from the finest partners in the UK. We choose to use natural soy wax for our candles which is derived from soy beans, a renewable, natural resource and they are centred by natural cotton wicks. It is free of soot, petrol and toxins and is naturally biodegradable. Similarly, we use a non-toxic, renewable and sustainable plant-based carrier oil for our diffuser base. Our aromatics are supplied in either glass, concrete or aluminium and we offer refills of all votives used (should you not wish to repurpose these beautiful items when empty). All of our packaging is reusable and recyclable; we hand stamp our boxes, use paper tape and the packaging that our aromatics arrive in is reused. We aim for zero waste every day to be as respectful of our planet as possible.
